Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer, Sheffield Location with Nationwide travel, £22,000 basic salary + Commission + Car

Due to expansion during 2012, Airflow Group has a vacancy for a Sales Engineer based from it Sheffield location. Airflow Group comprises a number of specialised companies which combined allow for excellent service levels in Industrial Ovens, Spray Booths, Product Finishing & Controlled Environment Enclosures for Industrial Applications. Experience within a sales environment is essential for this role. Product Training, Operational Procedures and Technical Knowledge will be provided as part of an induction. For the right candidate the role offers both career progression and role development within the sales team.

Ideally you will be Degree/HND/HNC educated with an Engineering or Marketing bias and have experience of Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing environments. A strong communicator with drive you should have a proven track record in selling to an end user market. Support will be provided for any candidate showing aptitude rather than experience.

Selling a high quality product range into a wide market range you will be required to implement a sales strategy to ensure annual sales targets are achieved, ensure that new opportunities are created and actively promoted to products within the Controlled Environments, Industrial Ovens and Product Finishing marketplace. You will need to follow up leads and negotiate contracts packages with other team members making presentations as required.
