A quick note thanking you for an excellent installation and end result. We always shave everything a little (perhaps too much at times) to the wick when installing new plant and it's very refreshing to have a supplier embrace the challenges set. From delivery to commissioning everything went to plan and your team were exceptionally professional, polite and efficient at all times allowing us to return to production as planned, with no disruption whatsoever to our clients. We initially made contact with Airflow at the Surface World Show as our next upgrade would be our oven which we had been using for 20+ years. Our plan was to replace the oven early 2016 as this would minimise our loss in production. Initial contact and meeting were very professional, once we received our quote we did not feel the need to ring around other suppliers as we felt it was very fair and was assured it would meet our requirements. Once our order was placed we were given a delivery date, we extended this slightly to a convenient date for us which Airflow were happy to agree with. Installation was carried out over a few days and commissioning arranged immediately afterwards as we wanted it up and running as soon as possible. We have now been using this oven for 4 weeks and are very happy, we are finding that all of our products are the same finish throughout which we were having troubles with before. Overall, we are very pleased with Airflow and would not hesitate to recommend to others or use again.

After working for many years with an old inefficient system, and when our curing oven finally gave up during a busy production period, we were forced to look around for a new supplier who could not only install a modern, more efficient system but could turn our order into an installation in double quick time.
