Products - Brief Summary

Airflow manufacture three standard ranges of Process Ovens that cover numerous applications including the heating of products stored in drums, the drying of various products, the curing of composite components, and the curing of chemicals applied to garments.

The three temperatures are i) up to 100°C, ii) up to 225°C and iii) up to 325°C.

Airflow also produces engineered Oven solutions for the more sophisticated applications and temperatures as high as 425°C, these include the processing of laminated glass and the drying of components as part of the fine particle inspection procedure for aircraft manufacture.

The motor vehicle finishing/re-finishing industry is not a target market for Airflow, however there are numerous vehicle component manufacturers that require Ovens to cure their products so as to provide the ultimate finish or retain the required shape.
