Fumeflow Welding Booths
Fumeflow Welding Booths
Fumeflow Welding Booths are designed to provide a safe environment to contain and remove the fumes created by a wide variety of welding operations. The unique design of the baffled extraction filter provides a laminar flow of air across the entire booth width. In addition to extracting welding fumes the Fumeflow booths will capture grinding, sanding and fettling dust. The unique design of the baffled filter captures particles for periodic, easy manual removal. Strength, durability and engineering quality, feature in every single Airflow Fumeflow Welding Booth, ensuring many years of consistent performance.
Modular design and CNC manufacture ensures strictly competitive initial pricing. With no filters or consumable items to replace the Fumeflow booths are very economical to operate. Available in a range of standard sizes from 1.1M to 6.6M wide the booths can also be specified with removable dividers to enable multiple operators to work side by side. A range of optional accessories including canopy extension modules, welding screens, product rotator tables and LED lighting compliment the standard booths enabling you to create the perfect product welding department within your existing production area.
The patented Airflow cartridge fan ensures that the fan-motor and drive components are sealed away from the exhaust air stream, ensuring a long trouble free life. Powerful extraction provided by the Fumeflow booth ensures that personnel outside the both canopy are protected from welding fumes. To complement your Fumeflow Booth Airflow has over 35 years system design and installation experience. Our internal design and manufacturing teams have been developing solutions for the world's top companies since 1985 and now offer unparalleled expertise within the industry.
All Airflow Fumeflow Welding Booths are designed to meet the latest European regulations and provide a laminar air flow velocity of 0.7 M/second. They carry the benefit of the CE mark for supply and usage within the UK and the European Union. We recommend the application of Fumeflow Non-Reflective Coating to the inner face of the Booth canopy to prevent reflection of the welding arc. Consideration should be given for replacement air which, in volume, should equal that being ventilated whilst Fans are in operation. We shall be pleased to advise standard Airflow options for your installation.
